Epithalon, also known as Epitalon, Epithalone or AEDG, is a synthetic tetrapeptide consisting of the amino-acid sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. It was developed from research concerning Epithalamin, a pineal-derived polypeptide preparation.
Epithalon has been investigated in vitro and in preclinical models across several areas of cellular and molecular biology.
